Hello my name is Scoob and I was asked to make a simple food post for Bobbo’s Block and I created a champagne mango salad with frisee lettuce, cherry tomatoes and Chile lime gel.

Champagne mangoes are in season right now and they are my favorite type of mango. the greens and tomatoes are season with extra virgin olive oil. The chili lime gel is there for there to give the dish some heat with acidity. I made the gel withagar agar if you don’t know what that is, don’t worry just get some lime flavor jello and add some Serrano or jalapeno peppers to it. This is a great late spring/early summer dish that does not cost a lot to make.​​
