What’s going on peoples! Local cat Archie here.
It’s another fine day sitting here on the block. Sipping my soda with le’ fancy pinky out, wind blowing through my head of non-hair, legs propped up on my stoop, and a bag of Cheetos! It’s a perfect setting, what could increase it? Reminiscing!
I have a good amount of women that I’d consider good models, powerful in a certain area, special in what they do, and the list goes on. They get pushed to the side! Today comes just a special personal favorite of mine. (Not to say that she doesn’t place a good mark in society, especially with the legion of “us”.)
Today comes Mrs. Morgan Webb!

As I had my hand in the Cheetos bag… a particular cheeto I picked up had a rather distasteful form to it, much different from the others, and when I tasted it… its cheesy twist lacked. I gave it a One, paused for a bit… “Out of five”
Ding!
Guess who came to my mind? Morgan Webb. She might’ve come to yours as well
She is one half of the primary duo that ran the old video game review show “X-Play” (Not to leave Mr. Sessler out, but Webb is the one who captured me into the show. Not his time to shine anyway!)
She takes me back to the early/late teen years, back when I got into my prime of the gaming scene “for myself”. Coming home after school or work, perfectly positioning myself on the couch after hours of homework, waiting for X-Play to roll onto my tv. At first my motive behind the show was more so to increase my knowledge on various games that I probably never heard of, get a little review on it, and see if I wanted to beg and plead to get it (until I got a job of course.) Later down the road as I got older, the interwebs came in and my outlet for the game side of life was greatly increased. The games that were showcased were more than likely already under my belt, and I had heard of them left and right.
After some time the motive wouldn’t because of the shows’ main purpose, but it was the witty/comedic side of it all that captured me, mainly coming from Webb for me. I couldn’t deny that the show was starting to overstay its welcome, but she still held me there for the time that she did, and that’s a purpose served in itself. I won’t even lie, early into the show I had a kiddy crush on her. Television crush, aweeeee. Back in the younger days when I saw her as cute and just had to keep my eyes on her. Still upholds her looks in my eyes.
It was sad to see the show go, but I’ve ran through previous episodes multiple times just for the laughs and good times, and surely wouldn’t have a problem doing it again, thus saying I have a spark to see my girl Webb do what she does best again~
She’ll always stick out as a “special” personal favorite to me. You tied up my evenings many days, and gave me laughs upon laughs, thanks alot missy. ❤
