Facebook has been making some big changes. So last month, they announced some major changes that are coming to our profiles. The biggest one was that now you will be able to make a short video loop or a .gif as your profile picture. They are not the first to do this feature, but it is a major step for Facebook, for the sheer amount of users that subscribe to Facebook, don’t let the angry trolls and people who constantly post “I’m Leaving” statuses fool you, millions around the world still use Facebook.
But with this and many of the other changes Facebook is making to their profiles, it will give you the best ways to express yourself. Along with .gifs for profile pictures, they are also offering Temporary Profile Pictures. Want to put up a #TBT pic? Or want to show support to a cause you’re apart of, but you don’t want to keep it as your profile pic? Set it for an hour, a day or however long you want. This and many other features are coming, well if you have an iPhone you should be seeing these features as like an early release and UK also has the opportunity to beta test this before it hits world-wide very soon. I can’t wait to see what all my friends will do with this, and what wackiness I’ll be posting up.
